At 3Ds, we do our utmost to ensure our software continues to provide trouble-free operation at all times, 24 hours a day. However, if you do encounter a problem or have a question regarding any of our products or solutions, our support team of engineers are here to help you.

 

Upgrading Sentry-go Upgrading to the latest version

Our software is periodically updated to incorporate both new features & any corrections that may be necessary to an earlier release.

Upgrades within minor versions are free to download and install. If you're experiencing a problem, it may already have been resolved!

Retired software

As our software is updated & enhanced, some older solutions are retired. These are typically replaced by later versions or alternative options that provide the same, or greater functionality.

If you are currently running one or more older versions of our software (v4.x or v5.x) and need to access the latest version of your original download (e.g. to re-install on another server), you can continue to use the original packages.
